Products listed by sellers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Buyers receive only the rights explicitly granted in the product license.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews

7. Limitation of Liability

NOODM is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
